Ingredients:
1 cup chicken cooked and sliced
2 tortillas
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 finely sliced onions
1/4 chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup diced (small) bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 green chili
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
In a fry pan add 1/2 tablespoon oil and place tortilla.
Sprinkle half the cheese on the tortilla.
Spread the veggies and chicken.
Again spread the rest of cheese and cover with the second tortilla.
Flip the tortilla and add rest of the oil to make it golden brown from the other side.
Turn off the flame.
Cut into pieces and serve with your kid’s favorite dip.
